Core member of the product ownership team for the Origin printers at Stratasys focusing on our industrial business segments. I translate customer wishes and pain points into clear product requirements. Staying close to our install base and our GTM organization, I deeply investigate and understand our customers' experiences from many angles to ensure we build the products and features that meet and exceed our customers' needs. I integrate with marketing, R&D, operations, finance, and GTM teams and more to ensure we create and deliver product as customers expect. Subject matter expert on the use of the Origin One DLP 3D printer.

The Origin One printer is designed for additive production of functional end-use parts. My role is leading the application engineering team for the Production P3 (Origin) business unit. As advanced experts on the use of the printer, my team and I support and train the sales and application engineering communities across Stratasys and Stratasys resellers, helping customers develop their applications and implement production solutions on the Origin One printer.

I was the 16th employee at 3D printing startup Origin, we were acquired by Stratasys on December 31st, 2020. I provided technical account management for Origin's key customers. From proof-of-concept to onboarding printers to expansion, enabling customer successes with tight-knit collaboration, technical problem solving, and close relationships. As a hands-on doer, I divided my time between customer and lab printing work, and translated customer needs into clear product requirements. I collaborated with customers to prove their application, trained them, provided product and process support, all to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
