Designed a large USAID and UKaid-funded technical assistance project with three key objectives: open data; electronic services; and, public procurement reform.

Develop long-term strategy and related work plan with a focus on partnership development, fundraising, and communications. Generate funding proposals and presentations in support of development plan.

Responsible for management of corporate philanthropy programs, including a $20 million global grant program. Close coordination with regional representatives and training of over 150 field staff in 100 countries. Lead strategic program direction, reporting and outreach plan for programs. Develop and manage relationships with academic and donor community counterparts.

Managed a team responsible for administration, employee communications and recordkeeping/reporting systems in support of numerous equity compensation and benefits programs available to over 60,000 employees worldwide. Primary contact for senior leadership in Compensation and Benefits, Legal, Tax and Accounting departments as well as subsidiary locations. Responsible for program design and strategic planning for equity compensation programs.

Managed a team tasked with implementing productivity and service level improvements in a global operations environment. Lead a project to transfer $600 million in assets to a new service provider. Responsible for development and execution of implementation plans for major initiatives, including transition from stock options to restricted stock units, a stock option transfer program and modifications to the Employee Stock Purchase plan. Implemented administrative changes resulting in cost savings of over $300,000 per year; and drafted employee communications related to major program changes.

Long-term in-country assignment: Designed and managed business development and enterprise reform program. Created program strategy and directed resource allocation. Negotiated contract deliverables and milestones; supervised contractors and grantees; reviewed business proposals and budgets; coordinated program goals and objectives with customers and stakeholders (government officials, international organizations and representatives of local business community); managed staff in a culturally diverse environment.
