Tim is founder and CEO of Informatics Matters Ltd., based near Oxford in the UK.Informatics Matters provides software systems and consultancy for life science organisations. We specialise in chemo- and bio-informatics systems, and have extensive experience in the critical data management issues needed for drug discovery.We work with all common cheminformatics platforms such as MDL, ID-BS, Daylight, ChemAxon, Accelrys, Tripos as well as many open source software including RDKit, Chemistry Development Kit (CDK) and we have created systems for a range of companies, including major pharmaceutical companies.We specialise in: - High performance and scalable computing- Bioinformatics, cheminformatics and computational chemistry- Software development- Database solution for chemistry- Project management- Software and data integration- High performance computing- Cloud deployment esp. The computational notebook is in use at a growing number of organisations, and forms a key part of the OpenRiskNext project, part of the EU's Horizon 2020 program, dealing with chemical safety assessment.
