Responsible for preparing documentation to execute production work scope requirements and determining and establishing time-phased requirements for purchased parts from approved engineering, contract specifications interior checklist, material order list, floor plan, concept drawings and/or statement of work. Evaluate, coordinate, and administer SAP system to support Production Schedule, adjusting levels as required. Evaluate approved contract specifications, materials list, interior checklist, floor plans, and concept drawings. Create work flow charts and establish quantity of aircraft specification materials and generate ordering documents. Prepare documentation to execute work scope requirements (Parts requirements lists, build book, shop orders, task status sheets, etc). Ensure all customer authorizations (contract specifications, material order lists, change orders, etc) are received and incorporated into build data. Coordinate with Engineering and Contracts to validate aircraft drawing lists (ACD) and soft goods and woods (from SAP Configurator). Manage requirements for purchase parts, release requisitions, expedite and follow up as required. Interface and coordinate with internal customers and vendors to assure part availability to support production schedule. Research engineering drawings, submit Drawing Change Requests (DCR) and Requests for Engineering Action (REA) to the engineering department for drawing revision requirements. Establish labor, materials, and other resources required to accomplish completion tasks. Provide assistance/liaison to resolve manufacturing and/or parts issues related to customer requirements. Read, understand, and administer documentation within FAA guidelines based on type certificate. Maintain Aircraft Master Schedule to assist Sales Operations in determining estimated completion and delivery of aircraft.
