* Lead Virtualization Architect where I redesigned, engineered and implemented our global virtualization strategy end to end. With long range strategies, cost savings, effectiveness and automation in mind, I have radically changed the global landscape of our virtualized environment. This transformation encompasses virtulization, compute, storage and networking.* With our stretched VMware environment running on top of EMC VPLEX, I can achieve fail over to a new site within minutes. * Automation which includes Disaster Recovery scenarios at our main sites, where I developed a fully automated recovery method to a tertiary site using PowerCLI to bring up SAP, Oracle and other critical applications.* Critical improvements within the environment include further redundancy at critical hub sites around the world. I designed, engineered and implemented solutions to meet company needs at each location.* Serve as SME over various technologies such as virtualization, compute and storage that are deployed globally.* Lead the virtualization team, coordinate team responsibilities, act as 3rd level support for all issues within all environments which I have engineered.
