Tim Duval is a CIO/CTO information technology and digital transformation executive with extensive expertise in IT operations, enterprise architecture, applications development, and in running IT as a business. Tim has a broad and diverse information technology and management consulting background with over 20 years’ experience working within the public sector and health care and insurance industries. He has strong expertise in business strategy definition, IT strategy and assessment, digital transformation and business planning. Tim has significant experience in information security, and has established enterprise-wide information security, risk management and audit compliance teams and successfully led initiatives to dramatically improve security posture for public sector and commercial health plans. Tim provided technology leadership for Health Net, Inc. (Centene subsidiary), one of the largest publicly traded managed health care companies, supporting its federal, commercial and behavioral health business. He has gained hard-earned experience working for a large system integrator in support of Medicare, Medicaid and Blue Cross / Blue Shield Association health plans, and has successfully launched new products and services and capabilities working for smaller, start-up, entrepreneurial businesses.
