I have 30 years experience in behavioral style training and analysis and am certified as a TTI Success Insights TriMetrixHD™ Talent Consultant. I have recently been certified as a Stages of Growth Strategist through TTI. The Stages of Growth model helps companies recognize their current stage of growth, identify the specific challenges that are inhibiting their success and gets them focused on doing the right things at the right time.
