- Identify and drive initiatives with multiple stakeholders and across competing priorities- Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, engineering, design, and marketing to build operations systems and processes that ensure a smooth development process- Developed and implemented a robust, standardized Customer Adoption process that provides qualitative and quantitative insights into the team's overall Adoption and White-Glove Adoption programs. - Develop and maintain product and operational analytics dashboards and insights used to drive business decisions at the leadership and product team levels. - Support the management team with effective team communication, proactive problem solving, information distribution- Launch, run and interpret results of XD Research initiatives such as CSAT, NPS, etc. - Collaborate and advise business leadership around strategic priorities- Direct & author leadership and operational communications to key audiences and stakeholders
