Involvement with a large scale project to convert our current methods of capturing data into a new robust system within the NAB Financial Planning system Xplan.Working closely with a Senior Business Consultant, we were able to discover some fantastic changes that we could implement that could make our processes easier and more efficient, increasing the potential of the Research Team.Conducting fortnightly Team Meetings, this has helped me keep in touch with how my team is feeling which is very important to me. This also helped me discover any issues that they are facing which we are all able to discuss in an open forum.I personally created a new work tool that has been distributed to the entire NAB Financial Planning network.
