I am a visionary and creative founder, connecting ideas with solutions in new and innovative ways. I've been an entrepreneur since I was 10, starting out delivering papers. During high school, I kept the daily paper route and spent the weekends mowing lawns and doing yard work for two older couples in the neighborhood. After college, I joined my two brothers as a partner in a landscaping company and spent 14 years in the industry. Together, we also co-founded one of the first dot coms in the lawn and garden industry. After selling the website, I worked for a wholesale distribution company for six years, selling into the landscape and nursery industry. I championed the now-famous Muck Boots into the nursery and landscape industry in the Pacific NW. My wife and I co-founded Third River Marketing in 2007, Hardscape Marketer in 2019, and WhirLocal.io in 2019, with a public launch in 2020.We're not a billion-dollar bully, nor do we have corporate or venture capital investors. We authentically care about our customers' success, and I know what it is like to be in the trenches of running a small business. I live it every day.
