He received his B.B.A. in accounting, summa cum laude with honors, from the University of Georgia in 1997.He has authored or co-authored numerous articles on issues in the fields of federal and state & local taxation. He has served as a contributing editor to the CCH Guidebook to Georgia Taxes. He also is a Georgia correspondent to State Tax Notes.
