‘Strictly Come Dancing’ dance stars Natalie Lowe and Ian Waite have teamed up with six time world champion swimmer Mark Foster and a group of fitness, sales, marketing and communication experts to develop a unique dance and fitness business – ‘FitSteps’. And FitSteps is unique. It is the first time that classic Latin and Ballroom dances have been brought together with proven fitness techniques and principles to create not only a programme that can have extraordinarily wide appeal, but one that also has the potential to make a real and lasting impact on the health of the nation. The programme is based around twelve of the most popular Latin and Ballroom dances.

We help therapists, coaches, trainers, consultants and self-employed advice professionals by creating marketing solutions that help them to build successful and sustainable businesses.

Created YouthWorks to provide job training for young people (16-18years) with significant learning difficulties. Achieved charitable status and a 70% success rate in getting people into full time employment.
