Senior Information Systems Specialist
CurrentDesign, configure, pilot, test, approve, commission and turnover telecom voice & video systems. Develop and test voice and video application upgrades.Develop and maintain design configuration data, drawings, operational guideline, policies, standards, procedures and other documentation.Develop and implement configuration management processes.Provide staff training and analytical/technical support to the help desk, operations and other infrastructure staff.Develop and implement project schedules including resource allocation, task and activities, milestones, logic, etc.Develop, prepare and present business cases, projects, and capacity planning documentation. Interface and coordinate with customers, carriers and vendors. Develop and implement disaster recovery processes and plans.Set direction, define deliverables, and lead small groups of staff to achieve these goals.
