I am also available for short-term contracts within organisations requiring a highly skilled and experienced interim manager.Qualified to ILM level 7 in Executive Coaching and Leadership Mentoring. I also have significant experience of growing successful services and generating new business through tenders and new housing developments. I have particular experience in developing extra care, learning disability and young people's services, in partnership with local authorities. I have also previously worked as a freelance researcher and consultant.I am confident in leading managers and staff teams to deliver high quality customer focused services in a changing environment and have a proven track record of making a difference and bringing about positive change. My goal is to see managers perform to their optimum level and enable them to make a positive difference in whatever environment they work within.I have extensive training and teaching experience and led the customer service strategy for an award winning housing association, which involved leading a team of 30 coaches and trainers.I am trained in project management and have many years' experience of leading successful project groups.I also currently work with Clear Links, an education support organisation, providing study skills tutoring and mentoring to autistic university students.
