Guiding the organisation towards data maturity by taking small steps. I've created an environment using T-SQL and the Tableau Suite (Desktop, Server & Prep) in which each department can actively analyse their performance and act accordingly. Currently working towards anomaly alerting and optimization indicators & personalising experiences. Learning Python 3.

Scrum Master at Stedin & Dunea

Designing and developing backend data processes to improve and optimize 5 international product comparison websites and create BI datasets, reports and dashboards to monitor those processes. I’ve been the Scrum/Kanban Master for a cross discipline, internationally distributed team (Romania, Finland, Surinam & The Netherlands) of 14 developers with which we managed to completely rebuild 5 comparison sites from the ground up using the ELK stack.

As a BI Consultant I was responsible for the definition and creation of management reports, dashboards, datawarehouse solutions and external documents like invoices and orders. In the datawarehouse project I joined a SCRUM team and developed using that method.Furthermore, I trained new BI Consultants and clients interested in BI solutions, I was third line support in BI issues/calls and I was a member of the think tank User Interface in which current and future UI elements are defined, designed and tested.
