Assisted in the reporting and forwarding of analysis and information related to the security, safety and other incidents and functions within the organization, including (but not limited to) pipeline, nautical and weather related events.

Responsible for Level 1 Customer Care for BP customers, dealers, franchisees and distributors covering all aspects of accountingand related support issues.Also handling similar issues in the Consumer Relations,Promotions and Fuel Supply departments.Voted "Voice of The BSC" in 2009. In 2011, I assisted in the research, development, formation and start-up of Americas Business Service Center's Media Team overseeing special in-house projects involving audio, video and internet media presentations.

Responsible for and assisted with the e-mail and telephone communications of Second Level Customer Support of customer problems and related questions. Other tasks include investigation of fraud accounts as well as the assistance and co-ordination with the Quality Assurance team of testing of new related products and services.

Assisted in valuation of vehicles for auto insurance industry. Also worked with outside sales staff in field support capacity. Conducted survey in 1996 which resulted in data platform for current valuation criteria. Also worked in client/customer service capacity.

Responsible for Group Sales and Marketing. Also copywriting of programs and playbills of upcoing shows during season.

Instrumental in the start-up of Indiana's first Alternative radio station. Responsible for hiring and scheduling of staff, acquistion of equipment and design of studios.Also ran midday shift on weekdays.
