Leading the evolution of one of the country's premier master-planned communities into the 21st century. Adding to a strong corporate base of over 120,000 highly-skilled workers, with new entertainment and recreational destinations and an improved visitor experience. Bringing new urban design and integrated transportation elements into the original vision of Las Colinas. Guide strategy including deed restrictions and development through urban design and architectural control, demographic and economic indicators and research, and technology including 5G deployment and smart city systems.

Successfully led the Research & Information Division of the Office of Economic Development. Managed an interdisciplinary staff of five professionals engaged in data-driven decision making, performance management, economic modeling, urban planning, real estate site selection, information dissemination and online marketing. Researched trends and track important economic and neighborhood indicators. Coordinated planning activities, publications, and community organization functions for the Office. Analyzed and recommended potential projects based on fiscal and economic impacts and other qualitative measures for the City.-Business development responsibilities included site search / selection, RFI response, labor market analysis, impact analyses to determine appropriateness of incentives, spatial analysis and mapping, project compliance and reporting performance; major corporate projects include Jacobs Engineering Group (HQ), AT&T (HQ retention), Toyota Industries Commercial Finance (HQ), L’Oreal, Chewy, Ulta, and Amazon-Led redesign of www.dallasecodev.org website and digital media content strategy in March 2017, with modern design, interactive mapping and data platforms, updated brand position and supporting materials;-Built the IMPLAN-driven model for the launch of the City of Dallas (EB-5) Regional Center's economic impact analysis for job creation by eligible industry investments;-Led the implementation of the City's HUD Community Challenge Grant, leveraging $2.2 million in federal funds with upwards of $100 million in new development and public-private partnerships;-Led department roll-out of Salesforce CRM, beginning in 2015, with improved efficiency and standardized record-keeping for all projects since 1989, delivering real-time, accurate performance measurement tools at team and individual levels;-Led the departmental GIS program, including desktop, online, and database management.

As assistant debate coach, I worked with the Director of Forensics and Director of Debate to assist in the teaching and competition of policy debate. Coached the debaters at six or more tournaments over the next academic year, as well as overseeing practice and research on a weekly basis.
