The switching platform will further provide the type of innovation so sought by Ofwat and MOSL to address current UK market challenges in England and Scotland and has been made possible by the collaboration with my business partner's expertise in the water retail market and by my existing skills and experience in the field of technology, custom software development and business management. I'm also in the process of taking Contedia, my original business, to its next level of planned growth through the further development and marketing of its technical web development, web-based application and custom (business process) application development services.Of particular noteworthiness to the accelerated growth Contedia is experiencing, is the popularity in business now of seeking custom web-based applications and custom apps to meet and manage the challenges of running a modern business with data at its heart. Many businesses are embracing the need to increase efficiencies in their working methodologies and business processes in order to improve customer satisfaction and profitability. Contedia's work in this sector is transforming businesses, removing disparate databases, spreadsheets and paper-based processes and replacing them with either a process-specific or end-to-end business solution which captures and controls the data flow and increases visibility throughout the organisation.
