As the Regional Director for Windstream, I was responsible for recruiting, training and coaching a dynamic Sales team focused on new account acquisition in the Telecom Industry. I have been a part of the Telecom Industry based in Raleigh since 2005. I started with USLEC as an Account Executive responsible for developing net new business for the organization. I focused on cold calling and building Partner relationships in the market. We were acquired by PAETEC in April 2007 where I stayed on board as an Account Executive with the same responsibilities. In March 2009, I was promoted to Regional Sales Director for PAETEC and tasked with Recruiting, Training and Coaching the Account Executives.PAETEC was acquired by Windstream in December 2011 and I've remained the Regional Sales Director.
