My exuberant passion for cyber security spans different information security sectors. One of the ways that has helped me to become the InfoSec professional that I am today is the Cyber Security Capture the Flag (CTF) events. These events have been a way to validate skills and give training to up-and-coming security professionals like myself. I have hosted a CTF and helped new professionals with gaining skills and knowledge in the security industry.I am a member of the Cisco Champions Program. Cisco Champions are passionate about Cisco and enjoy sharing our knowledge, expertise, and thoughts across the social web and with Cisco. I am not a representative of Cisco. My views as a Cisco Champion are my own.Security Professional focused on giving the best possible service for a dynamic and thriving company. Professional, energetic, knowledgeable, and teachable. Career goal: Security Analyst, Cyber Security Engineer or Network Security Engineer and work up to management level.I have published quite a few blogs on the Cisco Perspectives Blog (https://blogs.cisco.com/author/timothyharmon) as a Cisco Champion guest blogger in which I have worked on a CTF blog series explaining how to develop and host a cyber security CTF. The Cisco Champion program has given me the opportunity to write about my passions and network with other professionals. Also, recently I have developed a blog site (Network & Cyber Security Enthusiast - https://harmont2007.wixsite.com/cybertalk) that I discuss all things related to Cisco, networking and cyber security.Certifications:Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) AssociateCisco Certified CyberOps AssociateNSTISSI No. 4011CNSSI No. 4012Cisco CCNACertifications (On the horizon):Cisco Certified CyberOps ProfessionalAWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate
