Primary QA in charge of the UAT and test automation effort for launching the GoodRx Gold Mail Delivery project. Worked from design inception to product launch ensuring proper documentation and traceability of testing artifacts and results. The teams efforts resulted in a successful launch of the project on time.Developed new JavaScript-based automation framework and implemented into a project team's development lifecycle including CI integration. Leveraged existing automation frameworks to support mission critical company initiatives.

During my engagement with Ticketmaster, I revived the automation effort by bringing the pass rate of tests up and increasing coverage from 30% to 75% of defined requirements. During my time there, the team I was embedded in took on an aggressive project which I assisted on. While helping them achieve success in the project, I successfully improved multiple processes resulting in increased iteration productivity.

Driving continuous improvement, establishing new automation in the area of enterprise credit card feeds, improving existing automation, contributing quality to the growing suite of front-end automation scripts, working with business to ensure quality in new business critical features.

Working with a Senior QA Architect, we objectively analyzed multiple ALM solutions, automation framework solutions, and performance tool solutions for implementation at Caremore, enterprise-wide. Pulling together and analyzing research on solutions such as HPQC, TFS, UFT, CodedUI, Selenium and many open source alternatives, we provided the insights needed to drive a decision on a final solution. Ultimately, this concluded with a go-ahead vote by all directors of Caremore to implement TFS for their enterprise ALM solution. All the while, implementing continuous improvement in Caremore's process and procedures and including documentation on business critical processes.

Primarily focused on performance testing aspects of the global project.
