• Good Samaritan Medical Center – Alternate Lead Officer – Assistant Supervisor for a 230 bed medical center to include 7 medical office buildings that support the main hospital. Coordinate and maintain records for life safety and emergency code drills. Coach and train security staff.• Dispatch – Dispatcher – Answer phones and dispatch emergency calls to 8 different Legacy campuses. Monitor life/safety systems for different campuses. Monitor and maintain cameras for 8 Legacy campuses.• Unity Behavioral Health Center – Alternate Lead Officer – Assistant Supervisor for 98 bed psychiatric facility with a 35 patient Psychiatric Emergency Services. Work with patients and staff in crisis management. Work with management to establish best practices surrounding the treatment and work with mental health patients.• Meridian Park Medical Center – Lead Officer - Security Supervisor for a 150 bed medical center to include 6 medical office buildings that support the main hospital. Coordinate and maintain records for life safety and emergency code drills. Teach medical provider safety, psych patient education, and Management Of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) to staff. Work with Safety and Emergency Management Committees. Coach and train security staff.• Emanuel Medical Center – Alternate Lead Officer – Assistant Supervisor for 300 bed adult and adolescent hospital to include 4 medical office buildings supporting the main hospital. Coordinate and maintain records for life safety and emergency code drills. Coach and train security staff.

• Watch Commander responsible for 75 on-site and patrol security officers during shift filling call-offs and responding to officer issues.• Site Manager for large retail center. Hiring and training officers. Developed company’s first operations guide for retail security. Worked with client to establish security needs.• Respond to active alarms for contracted clients and patrol contracted properties as assigned.
