I have extensive experience in risk management, crisis management and business continuity management, gained through working in Westminster, Brussels, a decade in financial services, the education sector and more recently the energy and tech industry.Outside of work I am passionate about history, heritage, and conservation; I am a trustee of the Birmingham Conservation Trust and run a history site. I have also volunteered as a researcher on several national lottery heritage fund projects, presented a documentary and published articles in history journals.
