I lead Correla’s management of risk and business continuity. Engaging with the business to ensure corporate, strategic and emerging risks are captured, managed and reported effectively. I own and maintain the risk policy and framework to support oversight of the corporate risk profile.  Additionally I lead and assure Business Continuity and Crisis Management, synergising continuity tasks (e.g. Business Process Impact Assessment / Planning, Disaster Recovery) to provide a joined up approach.
