Over the past 15 years, I have worked all over the world in sales & relationship management in the technology industry, managing complex relationships, contracts and negotiations. I have always been obsessive about delivering excellent customer experiences and building lasting, meaningful relationships (if my customers don't turn into friends, as far as I am concerned, I am doing something fundamentally wrong!)Outside of my professional life, I have always been fascinated (and perhaps unhealthily obsessed) by the property market, especially as a lifelong Berkshire resident of over 40 years who has seen so many changes in the local area over that time.In 2023, my wife Julia and I made the decision to join the incredible team at Stowhill Estates and launch their Berkshire division. Stowhill Estates are a premium property consultancy specialising in bespoke and unique residential property sales. Expert marketing, bespoke service and a boutique feel set Stowhill Estates apart in a much maligned marketplace where, sadly, agents are all too often (perhaps rightly in many cases) bemoaned. Our attention to detail, customer-first mentality and in-depth knowledge of the local area aligns perfectly with the incredible brand-ethos of Stowhill Estates and their uniquely differentiated proposition; and that's precisely what we strive to be - different. In a market of "ok", our objective is to be "brilliant" - literally and figuratively like a shining beacon of hope and expectation!Whilst some of my slightly prosaic language may be a little tongue-in-cheek, the sentiment is 100% genuine. So if you can be so kind as to forgive me the prior self-indulgence, please remember one thing - I mean everything I say. We care and we do things differently, with your best interests at heart.We live in the heart of Berkshire with our Labrador, Amber, and we are heavily involved in our local community in terms of events, teams and of course, pubs. When we aren't working, you'll often find us on the golf course or socialising in local pubs and restaurants.
