As a Managing Director, I function as a primary consultant to understand the business objectives of the customer, the trends within their industry, and how the appropriate technology stack could improve business performance. I work to deliver a project roadmap based on the customer’s requirements and assessed business value. I manage the implementation of the recommended solutions to the customer, and translation of business requirements and change management to actionable plans. I supervise a team of project managers and execute my own project work.

8-week SAP divestiture carve out project to stand up two divisions on SAP after divestiture. Utilized the Gold Client tools from Qlik to deliver this project on time and on budget in a short time. Delivery included 3 full regression testing cycles, 3 data migration cycles, and client change management.

24-week project to deliver an SAP blueprint and re-implement SAP for a multi-national heavy equipment manufacturing company. This project was a complete restructure of financial org, sales org, purchase org, production planning, and materials management in SAP. It included full integration to Salesforce.com for sales and lead management, as well as a third-party Kanban manufacturing floor inventory management system . Implementation include 2 full regression test and user acceptance cycles.

Private equity SAP divestiture carve out . 14-week project to Implement completely new SAP landscape with integrations. Remote project team of 12 that never met face-to-face, delivered the entire project remotely. Included the development of a test script regression testing library of core SAP and customer development, plus positive and negative data validation and functionality testing.

At CoreSite, I functioned as the leader of company information technology and digitization efforts, overseeing a $10M operating budget and $15M capital spending budget. Reporting directly to the CEO, I executed the responsibility for all IT operations, software and application development, information security, and business intelligence functions. In this role, I supervised Business Intelligence and Security teams while ensuring strict regulatory compliance and adherence to best practices. By assessing and analyzing corporate data, I devised new processes, expanded products, and increased sales opportunities.
