I work as a teacher at this secondary school rated 'Outstanding' by Ofsted. I am Lead Teacher for PSHE and Citizenship and co-ordinate both the school's student voice programme and healthy schools. This multiple role means I regularly work with various position holders in the school to line manage different projects and with different external organisations to deliver an innovative curriculum.Projects I have worked on or managed include a student learning conference on creativity with external speakers and workshops, a whole school BME women and domestic violence project with Southall Black Sisters, funded by Comic Relief, anti bullying week, Children in Need, the school council and student committees, development of a student voice web page, student eco team, drugs and alcohol awareness day, crime awareness day, anti bullying day, fair trade fortnight, young magistrates competition, Diamond Jubilee celebrations, health campaign day, international food week and the Duke of Edinburgh award.
