Build and develop a new shoring & trench safety rental store in the lower mainland of British Columbia.

 Identify, target, drive new business opportunities Qualify, target, and bid on large jobs across designated footprint Act as a point of contact for customers that cross multiple markets Secure business on large projects, locating new customers, planning sales calls, etc. Develop and deliver presentations to customers to highlight Sunstate trench specificcompetitive advantages Identification of new sales opportunity resources; and interfacing, reporting and effectiveutilization of Company technology and sales tools, including CRM, FW Dodge reports, etc.to target, qualify and track large projects Expert advice and review of pricing negotiation and rate exceptions Effectively drive and support Sunstate’s build of strong business relationships Provide solutions to customer problems, providing assistance to product applicationincluding oversight of installs Communication with internal teams and customers regarding new products in Company fleet Develop and deliver communication channels connecting local managers and outside salesrepresentatives to field level decision makers Pursue and educate teams on new products in the industry and informing management ofcustomer’s product needs as they arise Developing strong Sunstate relationships, making introductions with outside engineeringfirms and supporting vendors Providing training and development of internal employees on plan reading, engineeredsolutions, and trench specific product knowledge Coordinate with internal Sunstate operations regarding oversight of specialty fleetmovements between branches and regions to satisfy large projects and customer needs Support and facilitate the building of internal synergy with other Sunstate divisions tomaximize cross selling opportunities Regular and accurate reporting and documentation (utilizing access to Sunstate systemse.g. CRM) of all Sunstate prospecting and sales activity
