SHI has built out a Customer Innovation Center (CIC) showcasing our top and emerging partners. The focus is around Datacenter, Security and the End User Experience. A team of Solution Architects provide pre-sales services ranging from simple presentations and demos, through technical deep dives around todays top solutions.

Working closely with our sales leadership to build out a full support structure for our Datacenter and Advanced Solutions business. The support includes all pre-sales product and technical support to further our sales in and around datacenter opportunities and provide our customers with a high level of support.

Develop and grow SHI's Hardware and Advanced Solutions business. Manage a team of product specialists. Develop and cultivate new and existing vendor relations. Support SHI's Sales force.

Hardware and Advanced Solutions Group - Storage Architect, presales design for SAN and NAS solutions. Covering storage from IBM, HP, HDS, Sun, EMC, NetApp, Dell EqualLogic, LeftHand, Compellent. SAN switches from Cisco, Brocade and qLogic. Storage Software from FalconStor, DataCore, Symantec. Virtualization from VMware, XEN, Virtual Iron, Microsoft.

From strategy validation to solution development, execution to ongoing optimization, Stratascale's innovators, technologists and practitioners will deliver your vision and drive the change you need.As Director of Architecture and Engineering, I will be overseeing the Customer Innovation Center and helping our customers understand how to take advantage of technology to improve their Digital Agility.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to; providing technical support on the Microsoft Windows, LINUX and UNIX O/S platforms in both pre and post sales functions to the sales operations team and the clients that they serve. Solution Design, deploy and support. Highest level of technical certifications from many of the leading I.T. enterprise systems, network storage and software leaders, such as Sun Microsystems, IBM, Compaq/Hewlett-Packard, Hitachi Data Systems, QLogic, APC, Symantec/VERITAS, FalconStor, Diligent, Brocade, VMware, CommVault Software, McAfee and Microsoft. Experience implementing Virtual Tape Libraries into VERITAS, Legato and TSM environments. VMware experience includes VI3, ESX 3.0 and 3.5, Virtual Center 2.0 and 2.5, P2V conversions and VDI.GOVERNMENT CLEARANCE - Secret Eligibility

Responsible for development and management of all technical services supplied to the Alliance TELCO Group. Responsible for the New Jersey Configuration Center where the annual integration services revenue exceeded $2 million dollars. Responsible for the support of the on-site contracts with Lucent Technologies, AT&T and AVAYA.

Responsible for technical customer relations through phone support and direct contact. Scheduling field technicians, deliveries and installs. Developed training program for new technicians. Provided on-site customer support. Provided technical support for field techs and sales staff. Build and maintain a configuration database to track all integration orders. Helped develop and run a quality control program for the configuration department.
