Began affiliation with Pannell company as President and co-founder of Florida Mechanical Services Inc (FMS) in Jacksonville, FL in 1995. Orchestrated the merger of FMS with Pannell Refrigeration (Chattanooga, TN) and Pannell Service Inc (Nashville, TN) to create Pannell Mechanical Inc in 2002. Currently president and CEO of the Pannell companies. Pannell currently provides HVACR and foodservice equipment services to the restaurant industry in Tennessee, North Florida (incl Panhandle), South Carolina, North Carolina and Georgia. This includes manfacturer representation for ElectroFreeze (frozen treat equipment), Middleby Group (ovens and toasters) and LaCimbali (espresso equipment).

Jacksonville, Florida

Founded start-up company providing equipment maintenance services to restaurant clients throughout North & Central Florida. Designed and implemented all workflow process for every aspect of the business. Grew company to multiple locations in Jacksonville & Orlando. Positioned company for merger with Pannell Mechanical. Led merger negotiations and designed corporate structure using multiple LLCs and Corporations to reduce liability exposure.

Performed various duties related to the nuclear plant system operations at Sequoyah and Bellefonte Nuclear facilities. Duties consisted of field support of mechanical and electrical systems for Control Room Reactor Operations, including overall system monitoring, system valve alignment, electrical system breaker manipulation. Implementation, writing and revising system operation procedures.

Duties consisted of preparation of system operations procedures at the Savannah River Site (South Carolina). This included writing, revising and directing procedures through the approval process. In charge technical writers to review and assist them with various procedure preparation tasks.

Catawba Nuclear Site: Performed various field tasks to support Control Room Reactor Operations. Included monitoring, inspecting and realignment of plant mechanical and electrical systems as needed.
