- Complete automated system design and engineering.- Commissioning and installation of automated systems at customer facility.- R&D on cutting edge technologies for customer solutions and identifying target markets for implementation of these systems.- Design and installation of SCADA/Telemetry systems to bridge the gap between 'Front Office Management' and 'Shop Floor'.

- Coordinate and manage all Controls aspects of highly complicated projects to maintain a satisfied customer and satisfy Ex-Cell-O project requirements. This includes establishment and updating of project schedules as well as coordinating activities to meet established dates - Construct and implement methods to ensure standardization of software/hardware on projects. - Train and mentor engineers with less experience. - Verify functionality of control system and conformance to customer specifications. - Interface directly with customers and other OEMs during vendor co-ordination meetings, factory tests and training sessions. - Provide product training for our customers.

- Assist customers with product selection dependent on specifics of their application. - Drive/Motor sizing. - Communication protocols. - Aide customers in commissioning and troubleshooting of above mentioned automated systems. - Provide technical support over the phone and at end user facilities. - Develop custom software/firmware. - Plan, develop and administer training seminars on product lines for customers and colleagues.

- Commissioning and start up of automated assembly machines and CNC machines (Domestic and International).- Identify and resolve electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical issues.- Write, and troubleshoot controls software.- Adapt HMI software to accommodate end user needs and requirements.- Engineering and integration of cutting edge technology into pre-existing automated systems.- Installation, integration and final debugging of these systems at customer facilities.- Interface and negotiate with customers regarding final peration and sign off.- Develop Preventative Maintenance plans.- Conduct training classes for personnel on the operation and maintenance of these systems.- Installation and troubleshooting of LAN and WAN networks.
