I am CTO at KPS (formerly Envoy Digital), I have overall responsibility for leading the delivery function for our CX practice along with directing the SysOps, Service Delivery and Cyber Security departments. I have a background of over 20 years delivering high quality, secure and performant CX applications for a range of global brands, online and high street retailers, Premier League football clubs, financial organisations as well as a number of other vertical industries.I am passionate about the application of technology to business and how we can streamline and improve processes to work smarter and more efficiently. I'm leading initiatives to improve not only the solutions we deliver for clients with smarter use of automation but how we can apply these strategies and tooling to our entire business to improve efficiency whilst still driving performance and security.My appreciation of the technical and business challenges whilst delivering enterprise scale projects allows me to act as a sponsor on our major implementations and get involved with some of the important milestones around cutover, service delivery, business readiness and testing. We have a reputation for delivering success and that includes delivering on time, my role is to ensure nothing stops this happening.
