Tim is an agricultural solicitor and advises on all aspects of agricultural tenancies, arbitration and agricultural tribunal work. In addition, Tim provides legal advice to landowners and farmers. Tim also works closely with his colleagues in the Private Client Team on such issues such as Agricultural Property Relief for Inheritance Tax.Tim is a recognised figure in his field, having being highly rated in the Legal 500 - ‘gives sensible and innovative advice’ and is 'very relaxed and usually right' as well as Chambers - "sound, practical chap" with a "huge brain."Tim is a member of the Agricultural Law Association, Property Litigation Association and the CLA (Devon Committee). Tim is Company Secretary of the Churches Housing Action Team (Mid Devon) and of Mid Devon Show Society, and Honorary Solicitor to the Exmoor Society.
