Responsible for gathering provider preferences regarding locums work and communicating back to them about positions for which they may be an ideal fit. Locums work can range anywhere from short term, local spot coverage to longer term, travel assignments.

Tarpon Bend is a restaurant/bar in downtown Fort Lauderdale known for its excellent food, great happy hours and ultra fun entertainment. I was incharge of security and booking the live entertainment while I was there.

LTP Mangement is a conglomeration of restaurants based out of Fort Myers, FL. In my 2 and 1/2 years with the company, I managed three of these restaurants/bars in Fort Lauderdale. I first managed the now defuct nightclub Martini Bar at the Las Olas Riverfront where I was responsible for the floor staff and security. I then moved to LuLu's Bait shack, a cajun themed restaurant/bar on Fort Lauderdale Beach. At LuLu's, where I served two tenures, I worked as kitchen, floor and bar manager. I also served in the capacity of assistant general manager during my entire second stint there. In addition, I managed the Ugly Tuna Saloona at the Las Olas Riverfront. During my employment with LTP, for about two months, I was responsible for the opening, closing, staffing and inventory counts at all three locations. I am proud to say that in that paticular division of LTP Management, I am the only manager that had intimate knowledge of all three establishments.

Quarterdeck is a chain of family restaurants located in South Florida. They offer great food at competitive prices in a neighborhood atmosphere with personal service from their managers down to the busboys. I worked in three of their locations, working in the capacity of assistant general manger at their Fort Lauderdale Beach location. I was responsible for the full gamut of duties that came with running each establisment including staffing, scheduling, inventories and cost analysis.

I entered the Management Training Program for Hyatt Hotels. Placed at the Hyatt Regency MCormick Place, I rotated through the hotels 10 departments before being assigned to Hotel sales. After working in sales for 3 months, I became manager of the hotel restaurant and eventually responsible for the alcoholic beverage operations of the entire hotel. Hyatt Regency McCormick Place is an 800 room hotel next to the largerst convention center in the world. Their business was dependant upon the large trade shows that the city hosted. I was in charge of garnering extra revenue in the form of portable food stands and bars for incoming/outgoing convention attendees. We also helped to cater every VIP tent at the Chicago Air & Sea Show for 2 years in a row of which I was a part .
