This enables new and start up businesses to take on what was once considered to be only available to larger and more established businesses with cash.For me this is an exciting time to assist those new companies get their telecoms set up in a way that can easily change as they change, and all at very affordable prices.I am a techy whose career has revolved around explaining what options are available and what can help a business be free from any restrictions to it's growth. This is now even more important given the new way which we are and will continue to work. Whether that's at home, local shared serviced offices, out travelling, or even at the business premises.During the first lockdown of 2020 many companies lost valuable business because there systems were fixed around a single building. Not the case for those that had invested in internet based services. Services that have been available for nearly 10 years so now very much tried and tested leading technology.That's not to say that people are any different to what they used to be.Yes, online orders are a big growth area, but there are many customers who prefer to speak with a human, so making it easy for potential and existing clients to make contact is essential. On first contact, people are much more likely to call a landline than a mobile.
