I have been successfully facilitating individual and organisational growth during the many varied roles and responsibilities that I have undertaken during the past 30 years. These wide and expansive experiences have created a foundation of knowledge that is now used in my current role as a Leadership Development Coach.Always driven to expand, update and develop my knowledge and skills, I am currently working my way through a Masters in Psychology and updating my coaching knowledge by taking the ILM Level 7 Executive Coaching & Mentoring Certificate/Diploma. I am currently focusing on coaching and mentoring leaders and managers during their level 3 & 5 leadership/management apprenticeships. Supporting today’s leaders in navigating the complex world of business, whilst also developing the leaders of tomorrow. I have also created and delivered programmes endorsed by ILM and CMI in Leadership and Management and have worked with clients that include Boeing, NHS, Estee Lauder, Wayfair, Mountain Warehouse & Easy Jet.I am a qualified Business Performance Coach and I have worked developing Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001:2015) within the Military and within the Chartered Quality Institute. My goal is to ensure that everyone I meet and spend time with are in a better place when they leave. Managed changes to critical path as project demands changed and maintained appropriate timescale for project.- Liaise with clients and engineering professionals to ensure contractual obligations are maintained and manage all relevant dispute issues.- Organise and chair all relevant meetings with consultants. Monitor special activities that may potentially affect the overall planning /time frame of development.- Produce management reports in a timely manner.
