“Moe Norman was an extraordinary “Rain Man” type of golfer for whom “The Feeling of Greatness” was a natural phenomenon. Every individual, however, deserves to enjoy that feeling of greatness and there are multiple ways to achieve it. My aim is to help ordinary people discover the extraordinary in themselves—and I believe this is possible, no matter who you are—to work towards that sweet spot in our lives where truly, one can experience that feeling of greatness. Every day can be a great day; it must start with believing it can.” Whether it is coaching people to play golf, sharing marketing strategy or helping individuals to improve their performance, this is what I focus on—finding greatness. I teach each person to become “the surgeon of the greens”. I often start with just making them practice whacking weeds. Surely, many of my “students” have considered me a “whacko” at some point; but when they hit that first sweet shot, that breakthrough they’ve been waiting for, that’s when the feeling of greatness becomes theirs to own.
