Currently I am focussed on building and developing Hearing Therapy Ltd as a premium audiology service in my home city of Sheffield. We have been successful in gaining CQC accreditation and registration status and have opened a new branch in West Yorkshire in January 2024I have written and been successful in applying for multiple Any Qualified Provider contracts relating to Audiology and have created and managed a large and growing AQP service covering Wakefield, Kirklees, Calderdale and Greater Huddersfield.I am a national assessor in Audiology for UKAS for the IQIPS accreditation program and have conducted multiple assessments across the UK I am very patient focused and aim to meet the patients identified goals and needs in a holistic rather than protocol driven manner to deliver the best possible outcomes.I am a skilled networker and have been engaged in projects at both a local and national level for several years, most recently as Council Member of the British Society of Audiology and Chair of the Adult Rehabilitation Special Interest Group. I have delivered a large number of lectures both nationally and internationally to varied audiences including The North of England Otolaryngology Society, The British Tinnitus Association, The European Tinnitus Course, The Royal National Institute for the Deaf and The British Society of Hearing Aid Audiologists.Specialties: Treatment of Tinnitus and Hyperacusis.
