This comprehensive financial application enables users to send and receive money instantly, pay bills, and access Point of Sale (POS) services. Additionally, the app provides portals for agents and aggregators to manage transactions and monitor account activity. My responsibilities as a backend developer included implementing secure payment processing, integrating third-party APIs, developing POS functionality, and optimizing the agent and aggregator portals for scalability and performance.- I collaborated with other members of the team to build an Electronic Pension verification platform for the Military Pension Board (MPB) to facilitate a seamless electronic verification exercise of Military Pensioners/Retirees on MPB’s payroll whether resident in Nigeria or the Diaspora. - This is to be achieved by building and deploying a mobile application on the iOS and Android Operating Systems and a web portal to enable remote onboarding of pensioners from any location in the world without the pensioners being required to physically visit the Pensions Board. - The deployed platform can authenticate the liveliness of military pensioners through facial recognition, capable of capturing and storing biometric data of verified pensioners by performing remote fingerprint scans using a mobile device and confirmation of pensioners’ data/details through the use of verification against selected government agency database (NIMC, FRSC, and NIS).- Developed and delivered the product backend functionalities using C#, .NET Core Web API, MSSQL, and Dependency Injection (DI).
