- I work with the Bursary team to create an educational loan without collateral and a relatively low-interest rates portal for students to secure educational loans and proof of funds, to enable them to have access to quality education. Design and implementation of a flexible KYC system that integrates with different providers (Financial Organizations) to fund Bursary.- Contributed to the development of cloud solutions, incorporating principles of OOP, DDD, and Microservices.- Developed and delivered Bursary product backend functionalities using C#, .NET Core Web API, PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, and Dependency Injection (DI).- Conducted efficient refactoring of legacy code, improving maintainability and system performance.- Provided critical environment support, promptly addressing defects and ensuring system integrity.- Collaborated with product managers and technical support teams, offering expertise in functionality and product support.

- I collaborated with other members of the Fintech team to build SwitchIT Fund Transfer & Bill Payment API to write integration middleware for billers through a payment service that allows clients to carry out Funds Transfers (FT), VTU Airtime Top-up to mobile numbers, Utility Bill payments, Bulk Transfers (BT) to recipients, Transaction Status Check.- Worked as part of a team to build PocketMoni. This comprehensive financial application enables users to send and receive money instantly, pay bills, and access Point of Sale (POS) services. Additionally, the app provides portals for agents and aggregators to manage transactions and monitor account activity. My responsibilities as a backend developer included implementing secure payment processing, integrating third-party APIs, developing POS functionality, and optimizing the agent and aggregator portals for scalability and performance.- I collaborated with other members of the team to build an Electronic Pension verification platform for the Military Pension Board (MPB) to facilitate a seamless electronic verification exercise of Military Pensioners/Retirees on MPB’s payroll whether resident in Nigeria or the Diaspora. - This is to be achieved by building and deploying a mobile application on the iOS and Android Operating Systems and a web portal to enable remote onboarding of pensioners from any location in the world without the pensioners being required to physically visit the Pensions Board. - The deployed platform can authenticate the liveliness of military pensioners through facial recognition, capable of capturing and storing biometric data of verified pensioners by performing remote fingerprint scans using a mobile device and confirmation of pensioners’ data/details through the use of verification against selected government agency database (NIMC, FRSC, and NIS).- Developed and delivered the product backend functionalities using C#, .NET Core Web API, MSSQL, and Dependency Injection (DI).

As a backend developer, I handled the design and implementation of the payment processing infrastructure, optimized data handling, and ensured scalability to support large-scale collection of various levies across sectors.- Worked as a backend developer on the Hospital Management System, a comprehensive application designed to manage patient records, appointments, billing, and inventory for healthcare facilities. My role involved developing and optimizing the backend architecture, implementing secure data storage, and integrating third-party services for seamless operations across multiple hospital departments. The system was designed for scalability and efficiency to ensure smooth day-to-day management for medical staff and administrators.- I developed a Federal Ministry of Environment application, aimed at streamlining environmental data management, permits, and regulatory compliance. My responsibilities included designing and implementing backend services to support data processing, user management, and secure access to ecological reports and documentation. The system was built to ensure scalability, efficient workflows, and robust security for federal operations and public services.- Worked with a team to develop the Waste Management application, designed for both commercial and domestic users to manage waste collection services efficiently. As a backend developer, I was responsible for building and optimizing the system’s architecture, managing user accounts, scheduling services, and integrating secure payment gateways for service fees. The app ensures seamless coordination between users and waste collection providers, improving operational efficiency and service delivery.
