I began my career as a commercial apprentice, which laid the foundation for my diverse and varied professional journey. My passion for sports and event organization led me to work in the secretary’s office at a school in Lausanne and take on significant roles in organizing major events like the 20km of Lausanne and the World Triathlon Championships. I also coordinated the Lausanne Merits Evening, where over 300 athletes were honored. My involvement in sports extended to the Youth Olympic Games and semi-professional volleyball, balancing both commitments simultaneously.After retiring from professional volleyball, I transitioned into the education sector, initially working as a substitute teacher across various schools in the Vaud region, before securing a fixed-term teaching contract. During this time, I pursued my Professional Maturity, completing it with the best average grade. This achievement underscored my commitment to academic and professional excellence.My journey has also been enriched by travel experiences in Costa Rica and Hawaii, which broadened my perspectives and fueled my growth.In September 2023, I embarked on a new chapter by enrolling in the Lausanne Hotel School, a testament to my commitment to continuous learning and personal development.My career in hospitality was further enriched by a six-month internship at The Ritz-Carlton Abama, where I served as a Guest Relations Concierge around the pool at The Retreat. In this role, I catered to guests' needs by fulfilling both expected and unexpected wishes, providing exceptional service. I later advanced to a supervisory position, managing operations across 7 pools and overseeing a team of 13 employees. My responsibilities included monitoring service quality, training staff, and coordinating the department’s schedule to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
