Calico Lofts is a newly completed warehouse extension and conversion next to the new Crossrail terminus in Whitechapel and we have recently achieved planning permission for 36 residential units in Forest Gate. We are currently building out a new nursery school in East Finchley, London N2 and have a number of other sites in various stages of planning.With 19 years' experience in the London residential market, we have successfully delivered over 50 projects with a total GDV of over £120 million ranging from single units to town centre redevelopments and are experts in Planning, Marketing, Project Management and Sales.We are always looking for new opportunities to add value to land and brownfield sites as well as existing buildings and are straightforward to deal with, well-funded and proven in our field.My expertise is in leading large professional teams from inception to completion of a project.
