Principal Cloud Economist
As Principal Cloud Economist, I did technical and operational deep dives with customers to understand their architecture, technical strategies, processes and procedures, and organizational politics. As Principal Solutions Architect, I not only guided customers who were looking to make their foray into cloud computing by running private clouds of on-demand bare metal, I also aided cloud-native companies who wanted to realize the increased control and performance of bare metal with lower and more predictable costs.This included qualifying leads, discovery projects, creating and performaing customer demos, as well as office hours and brown bags.

As Mission Cloud's first Technical Account Manager, I was able to take what I'd learned as a TAM at AWS and apply it in a different context at one of AWS's premier partners.
