Responsible for all claims administration from a workforce comprised of 6,000+ employees working in two casinos, one regional administrative office, and a professional golfing facility. Oversee investigations, scheduled appointments, administered benefits, and actively participate in legal proceedings and settlement discussions. Managed OSHA compliance from 2000 - 2003, including but not limited to the following: Exposure Control Plan, General Safety Plan, Hazard Assessment Plan, Hazard Communication Plan, and OSHA logs.

Responsible for Human Resources communications in support of a property with 3,100+ employees. Successfully administered the company’s new hire orientation program weekly, educating employees on issues such as policy and procedures, property culture, benefits, sexual harassment, and safety.• Conducted investigations into sexual harassment, discrimination, ADA and other EEO complaints averting costly litigation and lawsuits.• Actively participated in benefit conversions including employee training and electronic enrollment.
