Tim has healthcare in his DNA having been exposed to entrepreneurship from an early age when his father, Chris Gleeson, built both one of the the largest medical diagnostics companies in Australia and subsequently the US. Having lived in Australia, Boston, Colorado, New York and now Southern California, Tim has been afforded a multifaceted healthcare perspective. As an accomplished entrepreneur and investor, Tim played an integral role in founding and managing Novasyte Health from concept to acquisition. Along the way, Tim also began investing in such healthcare success stories as Genmark Dx, Mesa Biotech and Truvian. Prior to founding Novasyte, Tim served as an executive manager with Medtronic, a global healthcare products leader focused on helping medical professionals perform lifesaving work. Tim founded VIDANT Capital in 2021 in order to focus on early-stage investing in companies that have the potential to positively impact hundreds of millions of people. VIDANT focuses on healthcare services, healthcare technology, medtech data and AI, medical devices and a secondary focus to include some iconic consumer facing brands.Today, along with managing VIDANT Capital, Tim is the CEO and Board Member of BRIJ Medical.
