Prior to my advisory career, I was a Field Engineer responsible for overseeing the performance of the U.S. military’s top-secret communication systems in the Central Texas region. I also worked as a semiconductor mask design engineer designing integrated circuits. I've been a featured leadership and coaching columnist for the Austin Business Journal and studied with Master Teachers from several traditional yoga, martial art, and meditation lineages for 35 years. I'm also a Certified Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).
