Providing change expertise as a part of a small team responsible for an array of major change projects within Barclays Internal Audit ranging from Op Model Transformation to an E2E upgrade of audit software with a new purpose-built tool. For the latter my role was extended to incorporate the technology delivery team creating a cross-functional programme delivery structure which we managed in agile fashion.
