Backed by Thrive Capital, Combine, Quiet, Box Group and other seed funds and angels, Motion was rebuilding care for injuries and body pain (musculoskeletal care) from scratch. Via our full-stack clinics (digital and physical) and national care network, our goal was to deliver higher quality, lower cost care and a seamless, modern experience for our patients and clinicians. Our consumer and employer products had an NPS of 85+. Motion was acquired in 2019.

Worked on how Collective Health connects to product partners, networks, and providers. Also spent time on our spending account product (HSA/FSA/HRA) and setting the early vision for what became Cortex.

Built out the teams that run the day-to-day operations of our plans across claims, eligibility, payments, and spending accounts, including our Operations Associate program.

Helped build out Collective Health's claims system, early partner integrations, Plan Accounting department, and payments systems.

Centrana helped providers digitize and improve management and distribution of content to patients. Our learning and content management system allowed providers to centralize videos, articles, forms and surveys into a single cloud based platform, improving workflow and quality of care. After running a beta with hospitals and clinics in the second half of 2013, we decided to shut the company down in early 2014. Learned first-hand the difficulty of selling and implementing new products into the provider space.

At Switch I worked on a broad range of projects as we prepared to hit the market with Switch's liquid filled LED bulb technology. I led or worked on initiatives around financial modeling/fundraising, utility rebates and partnerships, "internet of things" technology, and the bulb product roadmap.
