Its well documented that the UK has a shortage of residential accommodation and fails to deliver its required housing targets year on year. A fundamental reason behind this shortfall is the lack of equity provision within the SME development market. Dowden Capital, via their market experience, established relationships and targeted investment strategy, aim to fill this funding gap and provide much needed Equity funding, on a deal by deal basis, to their target borrowers.
