Brought process correction to the store that reduced shrink and took store from worst rating (6) on profit protection scorecard to best (1) in four months. Planned and executed local marketing for store events.

Managed overnight operations and staff of $55 million dollar Supercenter; provided direction to over 50 sales associates in delegation of store merchandising, inventory and stocking, operations and floor assignments. Held various positions within corporation during employment and was awarded additional responsibilities beyond job scope as recognition of outstanding performance, including oversight and management of overnight store operations for two year period concurrent to performing Assistant Store Manager duties; and management of hardlines, apparel, consumable and homelines for period of 14 months in addition to performing Overnight Manager duties.

Presided over all aspects of regional office operations during two different time periods; developed budget and performed budget analysis; onboarding and supervision of office staff; recruitment of temporary personnel, payroll administration and general accounting functions.
