I performed various cost-effectiveness studies for different orphan drugs, i.e. drugs for rare diseases. The main topic of my PhD was the cost-effectiveness study for enzyme replacement therapy for Pompe disease. I was also involved in the cost-effectiveness studies for treatments of Mucopolysaccharidosis type II (Hunter disease), Mucopolysaccharidosis.
