I started working in the commercial printing field in the publication department in 1983. After three years, I moved into Project Management and Inside Sales. From this position, I learned the true meaning of Customer Service...always taking care of the customer’s needs by always exceeding their expectations.

I ran three different types of printing presses ranging from small duplicators to a large 2/c offset press. I managed the night shift operations for about 2 years, which included overseeing the typesetting, prepress, platemaking and pressroom. This printing experience truly helped me to understand all aspects of the printed product.
